The Fifth World
Accreditation Agency (5WAA), formerly known as the Fifth World Council Accreditation Agency,
is a Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth
World
institutional accreditation agency.
Certain kinds of institutions —
schools, universities, educational/scientific societies, charities,
professional registries, employment
agencies, chambers of commerce, orders of knighthood, news agencies,
national sports associations, root
nameserver systems, government agencies, etc. — of Member Nations of
the Micronational
Professional Registry (MPR)or
the United
Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA) are eligible
for accreditation through the 5WAA when
they meet the highest standards as real and reliable public
services. This form of accreditation is supplementary to
National recognition by itself, and provides further evidence of the
solidity of the Nations or Micronations involved. We believe that a
strong Nation is also evident from its strong institutions.
Accredited institutions of the 5WAA
are automatically eligible for separate registration in the Micronational
Professional Registry (MPR), which provides registration for
all qualified Nations, Micronations, International organisations,
jurisdictions, agencies, cooperatives, universities, schools,
companies, associations, local organisations, religious institutions,
public libraries, orders of knighthood, church healing ministries,
royal
families, families, and professionals, but not institutional or agency
accreditation. Moreover, diplomatic accreditation of Nations or
Micronations is strictly reserved to the United Micronations
Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA).
In order for an institution to apply
for 5WAA accreditation, the organisation,
institution, or corporation must show evidence it is affiliated to a
Member Nation or Micronation of the Micronational Professional
Registry (MPR) or the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic
Archipelago (UMMOA),
and then it must show that it meets the highest quality, reliability,
and standards for the services provided to the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth
World
Community at large.
Only organisations, institutions, or
corporations whose National or Micronational affiliation is with the Micronational
Professional Registry (MPR) or the United
Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA) can apply for 5WAA
accreditation. This policy shall change only when specific foreign
Nations, Micronations, jurisdictions, or accrediting agencies of the
same, provide full accreditation for any of the current 5WAA
Members shown here.
While the Fifth World
Accreditation Agency (5WAA) is an agency of small,
unrecognised, usually virtual nations, it also accepts the membership
of First, Second, and Third World (Official World) institutions
and organisations which have strong ethical, feminine, and
life-sustaining Fifth World values. The 5WAA accepts
brick and mortar colleges, as well as those of the distance or online
education variety. It accepts religious institutions, even prefers them
if they are innovative, and it accepts institutions which have holistic
health or naturopathy programs, which may not enjoy US Department of
Education approval because perhaps they do not promote macho,
environmentally-destructive, and drug-dependent conventional medical
practices.
The Fifth World
Accreditation Agency (5WAA) may also accept your institution
if it has a strong environmental or holistic science program, or
perhaps some other odd but Fifth World-relevant program such as one in
Professional Ethics. Innovative programs which have a positive
environmental impact as a secondary characteristic, or programs which
promote skills and knowledge in organic agriculture, may also find
approval with the 5WAA.
This is not your typical
accreditation, so our standards are not low standards, but simply
different standards, the standards of the world which will be still
alive 100 years from now, not the standards of those institutions which
do little more than promote macho, runaway entropic, eschatological,
polluting, and life-destroying science.
